CNC Technician

Role Description

We are looking for a CNC Technician with strong experience in CNC machinery preferably with Fanuc controls to support maintenance troubleshooting and operational efficiency of production equipment. This position will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical electrical and control-related issues performing preventive and corrective maintenance and supporting machine optimization to ensure maximum uptime and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic and control system failures
• Diagnose and repair CNC systems preferably with Fanuc controls
• Support machine setup adjustments and optimization for production efficiency
• Modify and adjust CNC programs when required
• Work with servomotors drives sensors actuators and control panels
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams mechanical drawings and technical manuals
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve
• machine performance
• Support commissioning startup and equipment improvements when needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Fanuc CNC controls preferred
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machinery
• Knowledge of hydraulic pneumatic mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience working with servomotors drives sensors and control panels
• Basic PLC knowledge preferred especially with Siemens or Allen Bradley systems
• Ability to perform basic CNC programming adjustments
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics mechanical drawings and technical documentation
• Experience with lathes mills machining centers or similar equipment
• Experience in industrial manufacturing environments such as steel tubular or automotive industries.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical degree or Engineering background in Mechanical Electrical Mechatronics Automation or related field
• Previous experience working as a CNC Technician Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Proven experience in CNC equipment maintenance and support
• Hands-on profile with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work on the plant floor
• Availability for shift rotation and operational support when required
