Job Description

Prepares schedules and journal entries
Prepare monthly state and federal reports for the following agencies:
- General Land Office (GLO)
- Louisiana Department of Natural Resources (LDNR)
- Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR)
- Commissioner of Land Office (CLO)
- Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC)
Severance Tax Filings for the following States:
- Texas
- Louisiana
- Oklahoma
Maintain tax rates and new setups within ERP.
Record severance tax reimbursements related to marketing fee adjustments.
Calculate and process owner interest payments.
Assist with owner inquiries.
Build and maintain cross-departmental relationships to ensure information flow.
Special projects or task as needed.
