The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Vice President of Services is a member of the Senior Management Team who maintains both clinical duties and managerial duties. The Vice President of Services promotes and drives competency based strategies in collaboration with providing clinical care clinical leadership and aligning evidence-based clinical practices.

What youll be doing:
- Provide clinical supervision and evaluation to supervisory and clinical leadership.
- Encourage personal and professional growth of all clinical staff for the overall improvement of services welfare of clients and advancement of the organization.
- Promote streamline and drive strategies for integration and competency-based management.
- Lead through evolving mental health delivery and reimbursement environments.
- Create a flexible strategy which positions NewPath for ongoing success as a leader in mental health.
- Provide proactive management efforts in programming to meet the efforts and challenges of the changing behavioral healthcare environment.
- Provide a visual and engaged presence in the community.
- Establish and maintain effective supervisory staff and programmatic practices to achieve NewPaths vision.
Qualifications:
- Masters level graduate degree in the field of human services.
- At least seven years of child treatment experience and at least three years of supervisory experience.
- Business training particularly budget development and knowledge of basic financial reports is required.
- An independently licensed clinician (e.g. LISW LPCC) is required.
- Have a valid drivers license and good driving record with no more than 5 points and current automobile insurance.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Good analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situation.
