Main Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate product and process change management with strong focus on technical accuracy and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage technical change projects across Production Quality and SCM.
- Prepare technical analyses risk assessments and recommendations based on material and process data.
- Collaborate closely with R&D experts and ensure full alignment with their technical standards.
- Test and validate materials in laboratory conditions according to technical specifications.
- Prepare technical documentation reports and inputs for strategic management decisions.
- Work closely with the material engineer within the team.
Who are we looking for
- University degree in a technical field (Materials Process Chemical Engineering or similar).
- Experienced engineer with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Background in process application or materials engineering (automotive experience is an advantage).
- Understanding of validation methodologies and data analysis.
- Advanced English for daily international communication.
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams and defend technical decisions.
- Knowledge of elastomers and rubber materials especially in dynamic/NVH applications is a strong advantage.
