Embry-Riddle Aeronautical UniversityPrescott is seeking an innovative student-centered and caring Area Coordinator (AC) to share in the responsibility for overall direction of a comprehensive housing and residence life operation serving ac ommunity of 400 - 800 residential students.
With multiple new residential facilities coming online and the on-campus population projected to grow to 1900 residential students next year this role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape and elevate a thriving residential experience at a nationally recognized institution. The Area Coordinator will oversee a current portfolio of 400 beds a team of 10-26 paraprofessional staff with continued growth on the horizon.
The primary focus is on creating environments in the halls where residents and staff are able to thrive academically professionally and personally. The AC will accomplish these goals by exemplifying the departments core values of Customer Service Connections and Care.
Position Details:
This is a full-time 12-month live-on position with on-call responsibilities that plays a pivotal role in student experience and campus infrastructure planning.

Required Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in housing and residence life.
- Strong organizational technology supervisory and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across campus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Student Development Leadership or Related Field
- Experience supervising full-time professional staff
