You will be the main driver of the marketing-sourced pipeline in the company. Your mission is to build run and continuously scale our demand generation engine turning paid channels into a predictable and growing source of qualified pipeline and revenue.
You will own paid acquisition end to endfrom strategy and experimentation to execution optimization and reportingworking closely with webdev brand and content to ensure campaigns scale efficiently and sustainably as the business grows.
You write high-performing ad copy and you can brief and guide the production ofeffective creatives (video and design)
You have at least 2 years of experience running demand generation campaigns in aB2B company
Proficient in GA4 and HubSpot tracking and reporting
Strong CRO skills across ads and landing pages
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus
Clear and effective cross-functional collaboration
Strong sense of ownership thinking like a business owner rather than a channel operator
Proactive mindset staying up to date with paid media and demand gen trends and building cases for adoption
Moves quickly from idea to execution while maintaining high standards
Strong collaboration and teamwork skillsfluent inEnglish German is a plus
