We are seeking an experienced and qualified UK Tax & Corporate Tax Specialist with strong exposure to UK market. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in corporate tax submissions compliance and accounting for clients in the UK and/or Irish markets.

Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns for UK entities in compliance with HMRC Revenue & Customs and Irish Revenue guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end tax computations statutory filings and financial statements.
- Review client accounts trial balances and ledgers for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all tax submissions are completed within statutory deadlines.
- Provide tax advisory support to clients based on UK/Ireland tax rules and updates.
- Handle VAT payroll and other indirect tax requirements as applicable.
- Liaise with clients auditors and tax authorities on queries and compliance matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant tax legislation accounting standards and best practices.
- Ensure proper documentation records management and process integrity.
- Support internal teams on tax planning accounting queries and reconciliations.
Job Requirements :
- 5 - 10 years of experience in accounting and corporate tax within the UK market.
- Strong working knowledge of UK Tax and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Qualified or Part-qualified accountants preferred (ACCA ACA CPA CTA or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and tax platforms used in the UK/Ireland markets.
- Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle clients independently.
- Ability to work remotely with strong time-management and self-discipline.
- Experience working with international clients or outsourced accounting firms.
- Knowledge of IFRS or UK GAAP standards.
