Job Description:
The M&T (Compliance) Reporting and Planning Analyst plays a central role in coordinating and delivering quarterly annual and board-level reporting for the Compliance Monitoring & Testing (M&T) program. This role is responsible for synthesizing complex testing results coverage plans and oversight insights into clear executive-ready narratives that support senior leadership and Board reporting. The successful candidate will combine strong organizational discipline with analytical rigor and exceptional communication skills. This role requires ownership critical thinking and the ability to translate regulatory compliance metrics into compelling narratives that drive action.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quarterly & Board Reporting
Support the development and delivery of quarterly M&T reporting to senior leadership and Board audiences.
Synthesize monitoring and testing results into clear concise and structured narratives.
Translate technical testing outcomes into meaningful risk stories appropriate for executive and Board-level stakeholders.
Draft and refine executive summaries presentations and supporting documentation.
Ensure reporting is aligned with internal standards regulatory expectations and governance frameworks.
2. Annual Coverage Planning & Oversight Coordination
Support the coordination and tracking of the annual M&T coverage plan.
Work with oversight functions and stakeholders to gather review and consolidate plan submissions.
Track plan progress updates and change requests throughout the year.
Ensure alignment of change requests to program standards and documented procedures.
Maintain strong documentation practices supporting planning governance.
3. Data Integrity & Reporting Governance
Assist in the aggregation validation and quality review of reporting data.
Identify and escalate data inconsistencies or integrity concerns.
Support management-level reporting through structured data analysis and presentation development.
Contribute to ongoing improvement of reporting governance and documentation standards.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Program Support
Build effective working relationships across Compliance stakeholders and oversight functions.
Act as a central coordination point for reporting inputs across multiple partners.
Navigate competing priorities and ensure timely delivery of reporting artifacts.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge transfer within the team.
Support additional governance and program-related initiatives (including PRCSC-related coordination) as required.
Required Skills & Experience
35 years of experience in Compliance Risk Management Internal Audit Regulatory Governance or related oversight functions.
Strong experience in executive or Board-level reporting.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into structured concise risk narratives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination capability across multiple business partners.
High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Word SharePoint).
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
