Description of Office Manager/ Bookkeeper
- Develop and institute revenue accruals for accurate financial reporting
- Perform comprehensive account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.
- Conduct monthly book closing via accrual-based accounting methods
- Receive shipments and accurately scan documents into the system

- 7:00 AM- 3:30PM

Requirements and Qualifications of Office Manager/ Bookkeeper
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper preferably in the construction industry
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
