In this role you will be responsible for shop operations and managing welders/fitters/fabricators.

This position is a DIRECT HIRE role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Required
5 Years of Experience with Structural Steel Required
Welding AND Fitting Experience at a Fabrication Shop Needed
Must have Leadership Experience Leading a Crew of 10 People
