Provide future focused operational and engineering leadership for the City of Lovelands infrastructure systems ensuring safe resilient infrastructure that delivers seamless connectivity across the community. Essential Functions:
- Administer multiple operating and capital budgets including utilization of diverse funding sources though state and federal grants the Street Capital Expansion Fee (CEF) Program General Fund Utility Funds and Street Maintenance Fees. Ensure compliance with all funding reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Lead complex problem solving and deliver innovative customer focused solutions that balance engineering and industry bet practices professional judgement and common-sense application in the best interest of the City and its customers.
- Oversee project initiation procurement and delivery. and review purchase orders check requests monthly progress payments and monthly expenditure and revenue reports. Adhere to industry standard methods City state and federal policies and regulations as well as project management and industry best practices.

- Evaluate and implement goals standards and regulations effectively. Navigate competing or conflicting requirements to achieve optimal outcomes.

Certifications:
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
- Professional Engineer License registered in Colorado or must become registered in Colorado within (six) 6 months of hire date.
