Service Manager Commercial Truck Repair DTI Trucks Denver Metro Area
DTI Trucks is hiring a Service Manager for our commercial truck repair facilities. If youre an experienced leader or an up-and-comer ready to take the next step in your career we want to hear from you!
We perform a full range of servicesfrom light-duty maintenance to complete engine overhaulson nearly all makes and models of commercial trucks. Our repair operations focus on retail repairs as well as reconditioning inventory for resale. The Service Manager will work closely with both our service writers and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the service team including service writers and technicians
- Oversee scheduling workflow and productivity
- Monitor service quality and ensure timely job completion
- Coordinate parts and repair processes with internal departments
- Support customer communication and maintain high satisfaction
- Track and improve KPIs related to shop efficiency and profitability
What Were Looking For:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience with commercial truck service and repair preferred
- Familiarity with service software (Karmak experience is a plus but not required)
- Ability to manage systems prioritize tasks and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
