Designation : Team Leader People & Culture
Location : Cochin
Salary : 4 to 4.5 Lakh CTC per Annum
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for the assigned region ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Prepare and present comprehensive monthly branch-wise HR performance reports and analytics.
Identify critical roles and develop effective succession planning strategies through successful talent identification and workforce planning.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and organize in-house and external training programs based on business requirements.
Coordinate and facilitate structured induction programs for new hires to ensure seamless onboarding.
Plan and execute employee engagement and motivation initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
Ensure timely completion of periodic performance reviews and support the Performance Management System (PMS). Maintain proper documentation of training programs and track training-related expenses for individual employees. actManage recruitmentivities including sourcing initial screening interview coordination and candidate evaluation. Address employee grievances and concerns effectively escalating matters appropriately based on sensitivity and impact.
Foster continuous employee interaction to improve engagement satisfaction and retention levels. Monitor and ensure completion of all employee engagement initiatives within stipulated timelines. Successfully execute ad-hoc HR assignments and special projects as directed by management
