Participate in Incident Management and Change Management efforts with NCDIT - Transportation.
Troubleshoot the incidents and provide support to maintenance and operations partnering with other teams and vendors.
Provide application support and maintenance functions across the application environments.

Bachelors degree: Data analysis / Data science from NC HBCU/MSI.
