Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Accounting Support
- Collect and record resident rent payments and receivables.
- Prepare and make bank deposits.
- Maintain accurate rental records using accounting software.
- Assist with accounts payable and monthly reconciliations.
- Support preparation of operating and capital budgets.
- Maintain petty cash and support payroll/benefit coordination
- Administrative Office Support
- Answer phones take messages and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Type copy and format various documents (resident summaries memos contracts reports).
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive resident or staff information.
- Schedule and assist with special meetings and functions.
- Maintain organized and accurate resident files unit records and office documentation.
- Marketing & Customer Service
- Assist with tours for prospective residents and help with leasing paperwork.
- Enter new resident data into accounting and building systems; remove former residents as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families visitors and community agencies.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Cornerstones values at all times.
- Resident Services Support
- Respond promptly to resident questions concerns or service requests.
- Help identify financial social or personal support needs among residents.
