Your Tasks

Main challenges and responsibilities:
Customer Support
- Develop POS activations and implementations for Specific Retailers and evaluate sell-out impact/ROI
- Develop creative images for customer leaflets
Category Support
- Visibility - develop POS Materials to support Innovation and Core assortment in order to maximize its visibility in-store (homeshelf and second placement)
Field Force support
- POS material inventory Product catalogue update
- Key Interfaces are Shopper & Customer Marketing Marketing Sales and Procurement Teams
Your Profile
Hard skills
- Degree in Economics Business Administration or related field;
- High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and Power Point) & Outlook knowledge;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
Soft Skills
- Proactive flexible and willing to take ownership for own role;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- A good mix of proactivity creativity problem solving and analytical thinking;
- Collaborative team player and relationship building oriented;
- Ability to work cross functionally in a high-speed environment;
- High attention to details and quality consciousness; Courage
