Your Tasks

You will have the chance to learn and work with a highly motivated team always striving to succeed in the most competitive environment: the POS (Point of Sale).

Main challenges and responsibilities:

Customer Support

Develop POS activations and implementations for Specific Retailers and evaluate sell-out impact/ROI
Develop creative images for customer leaflets

Category Support

Visibility - develop POS Materials to support Innovation and Core assortment in order to maximize its visibility in-store (homeshelf and second placement)

Field Force support

POS material inventory Product catalogue update
Key Interfaces are Shopper & Customer Marketing Marketing Sales and Procurement Teams

Your Profile

Hard skills

Degree in Economics Business Administration or related field;
High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and Power Point) & Outlook knowledge;
Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

Soft Skills

Proactive flexible and willing to take ownership for own role;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
A good mix of proactivity creativity problem solving and analytical thinking;
Collaborative team player and relationship building oriented;
Ability to work cross functionally in a high-speed environment;

Availability for office inPaço de Arcos(min. 3 days a week in office 2 days home office)
