Sr Consultant ITAM CMDB & AIOps
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Consultantspecializing in IT Asset Management (ITAM) CMDB Service Mapping Event Management and other AIOps modules. The ideal candidate will lead client engagements end-to-end translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational visibility automation and incident response. This role requires strong functional knowledge complemented by solid technical configuration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow design and implementation plans.
Design and configure ServiceNow CMDBaligning with CSDM 4.0 ensuring clarity between business application and technical service layers.
Implement ITAMmodules for tracking asset lifecycles compliance and optimization across hardware software and cloud resources.
Deliver Service Mappingsolutions that visualize dynamic service dependencies across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Configure and integrate Event Management Health Predictive AIOps Log Analytics and Cloud Observabilitymodules to build a unified and intelligent IT operations environment.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk Dynatrace AppDynamics SolarWinds Zabbix Azure Monitor AWS CloudWatch).
Develop automation and workflow orchestration using Flow Designerand Integration Hubfor event-to-incident and remediation processes.
Advise clients on CMDB governance data modeling normalization and reconciliationpractices for sustainable configuration management.
Collaborate with sales architecture and delivery teams to support pre-sales demonstrations solutioning and statement of work creation.
Conduct knowledge transfers and user training sessions to ensure customer adoption and self-sufficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
48 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience preferably in partner or consulting environments.
Proven expertise in:
ITAM (Hardware and Software Asset Management)
CMDB & CSDM design
Service Mapping & Discovery patterns
AIOps modules(Event Management Health Predictive AIOps Log Analytics Cloud Observability)
Ability to map complex business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions.
Strong understanding of ITIL v4 / ITOM best practicesand enterprise service modeling.
Proficiency in JavaScript Glide API Flow Designer Business Rules and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Experience integrating with monitoring observability and automation tools.
Excellent documentation presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist ITAM / CMDB / Discovery & Service Mapping / Event Management / AIOps
ITOM Visibility or ITOM Optimization Specialist
Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructures (AWS Azure GCP).
Exposure to Service Graph Connector frameworkand tag-based discovery.
Knowledge of project delivery methodologies(Agile Scrum or hybrid).

US overlap: There would be a need to be available for customer calls(US based) but not necessary to work in the specific shifts. We have flexible timings of work with the main condition being that the person needs to be available for customer calls during overlap time. The customers can be from any time zones ranging from EST to PST.
