Whatyoulldo

ManageFCCsnationalPhysicalSecurityprogram
Strengthenfacilities and personnel security programs
Support organizational risk management
Develop employee learning tools and support officesto manage risksto employee safety
Recommend strategictechnicaland tactical actions to management
Recommend improvements based on best practices and stakeholder consultation
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to guidetroubleshootand modernize interconnected office systems
Review and assess currentprocesses and practices; identify and prioritize gaps; and develop actionable solutions
Support internal stakeholders in implementing improvements

Whatyoullbring to the team

Requiredqualifications

A bachelors degree in commerceadministrationor risk management
Minimum five years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience in project management
Expertiseinintrusion alarms emergency alerts access control CCTVmonitoringand integrated security operations
Experienceas atechnology architect
Knowledge of standard corporate software applications

Preferredqualifications

PMPor CAPMcertification
Experience coaching and mentoring peers(informal leadership)
Security Physical Security and Safety certification (for example PSP CPP etc.)
Bilingualism (English and French)
