What Youll Do
As a machine operator youll be part of our team located in Holliston MA. Youll get to:
- Prepare calibrate and run machinery according to production specifications and technical manuals.
- Continuously monitor machine performance to maximize efficiency and adjust settings for optimal consistent output.
- Inspect finished products for defects ensuring they meet company standards.
- Perform routine cleaning maintenance and basic repairs to prevent downtime.
- Adhere to all safety regulations OSHA standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate logs of production rates downtime and material usage.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds work at heights and stand for long periods.
