Coach and motivate members through F45 workouts
Conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
Correct exercise form and provide regressions/progressions
Promote F45 memberships and support retention efforts
Assist with light front desk responsibilities
Demonstrate exercises with excellent technique
Set up clean and break down studio equipment
We promote from within. Coaches who want more responsibility leadership opportunities and earning potential are encouraged to grow with us. Head coach and studio leadership roles are available for the right person.
1 year of personal training or group fitness experience
F45 experience is a plus but not required
Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM ACE NSCA ACSM AFAA PTA Global etc.)
Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
Group training certification preferred
Strong understanding of functional training and HIIT
Comfortable leading groups and coaching on a mic
Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday mornings)
