ID1 PIE is a dynamic fastmoving organization shaping the future of DRAM manufacturing. We collaborate closely with our partners across TD HVM fabs Design and Central Teams to bring nextgeneration memory technology to life. As a Senior Manager in this role you will lead the ID1 Process Integration Engineering (PIE) team for Array Periphery Container or BEOL modules. You will oversee the transfer and introduction of new DRAM nodes into the fab drive process maturity and line stability and partner across organizations to deliver highquality highyield manufacturing. This is a critical leadership position that combines technical depth execution ownership crossfab collaboration and people development.

Responsibilities:

Lead effective DRAM node transfers from TD or other HVM fabs to ID1
Drive modulelevel process integration improvements for yield quality cost and line stability
Coordinate resources schedules and milestones across sending and receiving sites
Collaborate with HVM ADT TD Central Teams other fabs and external groups to align on strategy and BKM adoption
Develop and grow the PIE team through performance management talent planning and career development

Minimum Qualifications:

10 years semiconductor experience in Process Integration Yield Enhancement Product Engineering Design or Unit Process Development
Deep understanding of DRAM process flow
Experience leading an engineering team (5 direct reports)
Demonstrated success resolving complex technical issues
Ability to think and communicate clearly in urgent or highpressure situations

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in DRAM TD HVM or transfer teams
Experience with other memory technologies or logic/foundry environments
Proven experience driving crosssite standardization or BKM deployment
