About you and this role

As an ISC Improvement Manager you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end operational excellence across CSS Operations. You are a change agent with a strong continuous improvement mindset capable of influencing without authority and partnering across functions to deliver sustainable results.
This role focuses on identifying designing and implementing operational improvements that enhance customer experience service quality cost efficiency and process reliability. You will work across upstream core and downstream processes that enable CSS Operations including Digital Ordering Planning Customer Service Logistics Documentation Master Data handoffs and Service Quality.
Success in this role requires strong stakeholder engagement analytical rigor and the ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams such as Commercial Excellence Planning Logistics Quality EH&S and Capability Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CSS Operations Excellence initiatives to improve efficiency customer satisfaction service quality and cycle times.
  • Drive upstream process improvements by partnering with Digital Ordering and Planning teams to reduce process breakdowns and improve forecasting accuracy and order signal quality.
  • Lead downstream process improvements focusing on logistics coordination documentation accuracy shipment performance and delivery reliability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Excellence Logistics Planning Quality EH&S and Capability teams to ensure alignment and execution of improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) programs and projects using Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to analyze CSS operational performance identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements.
  • Act as a catalyst for change by promoting standardization best practices and a culture of continuous improvement across CSS Operations.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree or Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Business or a related field.
  • 815 years of relevant experience in operations supply chain customer service or process improvement roles.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and project management capabilities.
  • Experience with ERP and operational systems.
  • Exposure to Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma DMAIC).
  • Strong digital mindset with the ability to leverage data and technology for operational improvement.
