We are currently looking for a Staff Nurse-Acquired Brain Injury Unit to lead our team and ensure we are offering the best standard of care to our Residents.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality evidence-based nursing care in line with professional standards and best practice guidelines.
Support residents in maximising their independence dignity and overall quality of life.
Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team including clinical and therapy services to ensure holistic care delivery.
Actively contribute to care planning goal setting and rehabilitation programmes to promote optimal outcomes.
Requirements
Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or relevant professional nursing registration.
Demonstrated strong clinical competence and effective communication skills.
Previous experience in neurological or rehabilitation care is desirable though not essential.
