As a Group Brand Manager you will bring together strategic brand leadership and creative excellence to unlock the full value of your portfolio and accelerate sustainable growth within the Male Grooming category.
Your role:
You will lead end-to-end brand and Go-To-Market strategy development ensuring your portfolio is positioned for long-term success. Working closely with the Regional Business Unit Leader you will drive incremental sell-out reinforce market leadership and deliver seamless and impactful product launches.
You will shape and oversee the annual business planning process contributing to strategic goal-setting managing the A&P budget and collaborating effectively across sales trade marketing and digital teams to co-own category performance targets.
You will craft and implement holistic insight-driven marketing and communication plans ensuring alignment with both global brand direction and local business priorities.
You will manage and optimize the SKU portfolio driving rationalization initiatives and leading product introductions that fit both global frameworks and local consumer and channel dynamics.
You will track and accelerate sell-out results analyzing performance drivers identifying opportunities monitoring category trends and shaping forward-looking strategies for future growth.
Youre the right fit if:
You have 35 years of experience in a similar brand leadership role with a proven track record of delivering 360 brand campaigns and navigating an omnichannel environment from planning to execution to performance optimization.
You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills enabling you to build trust and influence across multifunctional and multicultural teams.
You excel at turning data and insights into brand strategies confidently preparing business reports and translating analytics into clear actionable plans.
You bring experience in budget ownership and ROI-driven decision-making supported by strong problem-solving abilities cross-functional collaboration and a continuous-improvement mindset.
You are a self-driven strategic curious empathetic and creative leader with a passion for brand building and a desire to make a tangible business impact.
