Were looking for a sharp data-driven User Acquisition Manager to take our growth engine to the next this role youll own acquisition strategy test new funnels and work closely with product and creative teams to turn insights into real business results. There is a strong opportunity for rapid growth into a lead role.

What youll do:
Launch manage and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across Tier 1 markets
Track and optimize key metrics CAC LTV ROI and directly influence revenue growth
Build and improve automated workflows for campaign management creative testing and reporting
Collaborate closely with Creative Growth and Product teams
Proactively suggest and test new hypotheses to push performance forward

Youre a great fit if you:
Have 3 years of experience in performance marketing and hands-on experience with Meta Ads Google Ads TikTok Ads
Think analytically and structurally and know how to turn data into action
Bring a test-and-learn mindset move fast and thrive in fast-moving teams
Have B2 English comfortable working across English-speaking markets
Have mix of creativity and logic you can brainstorm a bold ad angle and calculate CAC within the same breath

Bonus points for:

Familiarity with tools like Tableau Airtable Amplitude AppsFlyer
Experience in Tier 1 markets: US UK Canada Australia
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or NotebookLM
Prior experience in fast-growing B2C startups
