The Mission Join an elite medical rotation delivering focused 1:1 nursing care to an 80-year-old VIP aboard a private superyacht. This role combines high-acuity clinical responsibility with a lifestyle of travel cruising exclusively through the Mediterraneanincluding key destinations such as Monaco Ibiza Mallorca and the Greek Islands. You will be the primary point of care ensuring the principals health and wellbeing are maintained to the highest standard while at sea.
The Team You will operate within a fully staffed professional medical department:
Lead British Doctor: Provides 24/7 medical oversight and clinical governance.
Physiotherapists: Specialists dedicated to the patients physical rehabilitation and daily mobility.
Nursing Team: A supportive group of experienced Western-trained nurses.
The Safety To ensure fatigue management and clinical precision the vessel operates a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. You will never work a shift alone; you will always be paired with another qualified nurse ensuring robust support and the highest level of patient safety.
The Process
Phase 1: Detailed CV Review & Qualification Check.
Phase 2: Secure Online Interview (Remote).
Phase 3: Deployment to the vessel in the Mediterranean.

Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strictly required.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Acute Care settings (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English fluency is essential.
Attributes: High emotional intelligence adaptability to maritime protocols and absolute discretion.
