The Mission We are seeking a clinically exceptional nurse for a prestigious 1:1 assignment aboard a luxury mega-yacht. You will be responsible for the health and well-being of an 80-year-old VIP Principal providing hospital-grade observation within a six-star hospitality environment. The vessel operates exclusively in the Mediterranean with a summer itinerary that includes Monaco Ibiza the Greek Islands and Mallorca. Your role is to ensure the Principals medical needs are met discreetly while they enjoy their time at sea.
The Team You will be part of a high-performance medical unit. Clinical oversight is provided by a resident Lead British Doctor ensuring you have constant support. You will work alongside specialist Physiotherapists and a team of Western-trained nurses all selected for their ability to deliver elite care in a private household setting.
The Safety We prioritize sustainable working conditions. To ensure you can deliver the highest standard of care without fatigue we operate a strict double-nurse shift system. This structure guarantees you sufficient rest and the opportunity to experience the yachts exclusive destinations during your downtime.

Experience: 4 years of post-graduate experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is essential.
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for all communications.
Attributes: Clinical confidence high emotional intelligence and the ability to operate with total discretion.
