The Team: You will not be working in isolation. You will integrate into a professional medical suite led by a Lead British Doctor. The team is bolstered by Physiotherapists and a Western-trained nursing cohort ensuring a collaborative and supportive clinical environment at sea.
The Safety: We are committed to the highest standards of staff welfare and patient safety. To manage fatigue effectively we operate a double-nurse shift system. This ensures equitable workload distribution and guaranteed rest periods allowing you to maintain clinical excellence without burnout.
The Process: We value efficiency and accessibility. The recruitment process begins with a comprehensive interview via our secure online platform allowing you to complete the initial vetting stages remotely from Austria before embarkation.

Education: Western-trained Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science (BSN).
Experience: Minimum 4 years of rigorous experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native English speaker or C1 fluency is mandatory for all communications.
Attributes: Must be culturally astute discreet and resilient.
