Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Developer to design develop enhance and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for both client and internal initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in UiPath a solid understanding of automation architecture and the ability to troubleshoot and support production bots. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders analysts and technical teams to deliver reliable scalable and high-performing automation solutions aligned with business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and resolve production incidents related to RPA bots
Perform incident management troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
Fix bugs and defects in existing automation solutions
Implement minor enhancements including small logic updates and performance improvements without requiring a full project lifecycle
Monitor bot executions and proactively identify potential failures
Analyze logs from UiPath Orchestrator and applications to diagnose issues
Ensure bots meet performance reliability and security standards
Collaborate with business users to understand issues and provide clear non-technical explanations
Support continuous improvement initiatives and automation best practices
Key Skills Required
RPA & Technical Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in UiPath including:
REFramework
Orchestrator
Studio and StudioX
Selectors UI Explorer and Excel Automation
Expert-level debugging skills using UiPath Studio Debugger and Orchestrator logs
Solid understanding of RPA design principles process analysis and solution architecture
Experience in bot enhancement and ongoing maintenance in production environments
Working knowledge of Virtual Machines (VMs) SQL databases and API integrations
Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate Python SQL or REST APIs is an added advantage
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies in automation delivery
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Team player with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Required Skills:
Incident Management & Troubleshooting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Bug Fixing Minor Enhancements: Implementing small logic updates that dont require a full project lifecycle but improve the bots performance Key Skills Required UiPath Proficiency: Mastery of Selectors Excel Automation UI Explorer and RE Framework. Debugging: Expert-level ability to read Orchestrator logs and use the Studio Debugger. Communication: Explaining technical failures to non-technical stakeholders (the business). Infrastructure Knowledge: Understanding of Virtual Machines (VMs) SQL databases and API connections.
