The Line Manager will be responsible for guiding team performance managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining operational governance while contributing to the development of scalable maintainable applications. With a focus on people leadership and delivery accountability this position plays a critical role in aligning team objectives with organizational goals. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in an Agile environment using Scrum Kanban and Lean methodologies. Drive delivery accountability by setting clear goals tracking progress and ensuring timely high-quality outputs. Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology functions to align priorities and deliver business value. Facilitate Agile ceremonies manage backlogs and ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices. Leverage technical expertise Core / C# / Web / Cloud tools to guide development teams and support architectural decisions. Utilize collaboration tools such as Jira SharePoint and ServiceNow to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity. Promote a culture of continuous improvement knowledge sharing and operational excellence. Manage team performance provide feedback and support professional development initiatives. Act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels. Requirements 1012 years of relevant experience in technology leadership with a strong focus on Agile delivery and team management. Proven experience in managing teams in Agile environments using Scrum Kanban and Lean -depth knowledge of the Insurance domain and its operational challenges. Strong technical proficiency Core C# web development and cloud-based platforms. Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools including Jira SharePoint and ServiceNow. Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead take ownership and drive results in complex fast-moving environments. Immediate to 30 days notice period. Willingness to work from the office in Mumbai. Full-time employment commitment.
