Role Objective
We are seeking a highly analytical research-driven Marketing Analyst to join the avertra marketing team. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an adaptable executor able to translate research and insights into actionable marketing strategies while ensuring consistency with the avertra brand.
The Marketing Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to support multi-channel campaigns content creation events and sales enablement initiatives. This person will also play a critical role in internal and external brand advocacy leveraging AI tools to enhance storytelling optimize output and strengthen brand consistency.
Job Responsibilities
1. Research & Insights
- Conduct thorough market competitor and audience research to inform campaigns and content strategy.
- Analyze product and service offerings extracting insights to inform positioning messaging and narrative development.
- Present findings in clear actionable formats for leadership and cross-functional teams.
2. Content Development & Storytelling
- Translate complex data and product/services insights into compelling accurate and brand-aligned copy for:
- Social media platforms and email marketing
- Website blogs and long-form writing
- Brochures presentations and other marketing collateral
- Support sales enablement by developing persuasive content tailored to different audiences.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and personal branding efforts for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate on the planning execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in messaging visuals and brand tone across all channels.
- Leverage AI and marketing tools to maximize content impact efficiency and engagement.
3. Events & Brand Advocacy
- Assist in the strategic planning and execution of events webinars and conferences.
- Support initiatives to increase internal awareness and employee advocacy of the aertra brand and its offerings.
- Act as a brand ambassador promoting thought leadership and organizational values internally and externally.
4. Strategic Contribution
- Provide strategic recommendations based on research analytics and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership and Growth teams to shape campaign strategies messaging frameworks and positioning.
- Adapt quickly to feedback ensuring continuous improvement in output quality and effectiveness.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools content management systems and AI-assisted marketing platforms.
- Adaptive and resilient in fast-paced dynamic environments; open to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Deep understanding of the avertra brand and ability to amplify it across all initiatives.
- Collaborative mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
Education
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
Experience
- 35 years of experience in marketing research content development or brand strategy roles.
- Proven experience conducting market research developing brand-aligned content and supporting multi-channel campaigns.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Marketing & Branding: Deep understanding of brand strategy positioning and multi-channel marketing.
- Research & Analytics: Strong grasp of market research methodologies and data interpretation.
- Content & Storytelling: Knowledge of crafting narratives that translate complex offerings and data into engaging content.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Writing & Communication: Exceptional ability to produce clear persuasive and brand-aligned content while leveraging AI tools to produce at scale.
