Job Summary
R.W. Tomlinson is seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Autobody Technician to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of equipment including passenger vehicles tri-axle trucks heavy trucks heavy equipment and various construction machinery. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship values safety and thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
This position is full-time permanent role and involves working year-round. Working from Monday to Friday (7:00AM to 5:00PM).

Vacancy Type: Replacement
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform collision repairs on passenger vehicles commercial trucks tri-axles heavy equipment and other construction related equipment
- Repair and replace damaged body panels frames and structural components
- Complete metalwork welding sanding filling and refinishing preparation
- Assist with paint preparation and finishing when required
- Diagnose damage and develop repair plans to manufacturer and company standards
- Maintain a clean safe and organized workspace
- Work collaboratively with staff vendors and management to meet deadlines
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
- Licensed Auto Body Technician or Apprentice would be an asset
- Have own tools
- Ability to climb on and off large equipment
- Ability to operate required tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Experience in Heavy Equipment maintenance and repair would be an asset
- Punctual attendance with ability to work necessary hours on daily and weekly basis
COMPENSATION INFORMATION
The expected salary range for this position is $27.00 - $34.00 per hour. Placement within the range is dependant on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience.
