Role Overview
The role ensures all applications and services meet organizational quality standards and align with end-user requirements.
This position requires a strong Test Lead capable of managing complex projects coordinating integration and end-to-end testing and supporting Application Suite Quality Engineers (QEs).
Key Responsibilities
Quality Planning & Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive quality strategies aligned with organizational standards.
Perform quality planning test design and test execution activities.
Conduct risk-based testing to optimize coverage and efficiency.
Lead integration and end-to-end (E2E) test planning.
Test Automation & Performance
Design develop and maintain automated test frameworks.
Execute performance testing and ensure system reliability.
Implement continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.
Manage test data and test environment strategies.
Leadership & Governance
Lead complex testing initiatives with multiple dependencies.
Mentor and guide Application Suite QEs.
Ensure quality metrics reporting and governance standards are met.
Collaborate closely with development product and DevOps teams.
Utilize Jira for test tracking defect management and reporting.
