• Experience in a dynamic restaurant setting is highly valued
• Previous experience in hotels is advantageous
• A proactive upbeat attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Confidence engaging with guests and working as part of a team
• A desire to learn grow and take on new challenges
• A current Victorian RSA is essential
• Embody a polished professionalism with an audacious approach to creativity; and a playful individual who is passionate in creating memorable guest experiences.

• Supervise and support the IRD/WET Mix Bar team ensuring talent follow B&F standards and expectations.
• Drive guest satisfaction by interacting with guests resolving issues and maintaining high service quality.
• Manage daily staffing and operations ensuring smooth service during peak times.
• Lead training and development using onthejob tools to coach and upskill team members.
