Business & Systems Analyst

This is a remote position.

• Owning the end-to-end analysis lifecycle from discovery to structured delivery.
  
• Eliciting requirements from stakeholders and translating them into clear unambiguous system specifications.
  
• Converting business needs into structured user stories acceptance criteria process flows functional and non-functional requirements.
  
• Designing system workflows that are scalable and logically coherent.
  
• Identifying gaps inconsistencies edge cases and hidden risks before development begins.
  
• Working closely with Product Manager to refine scope and eliminate ambiguity.
  
• Collaborating with Engineering to ensure requirements are technically sound and feasible.
  
• Maintaining structured documentation that evolves with the system.
  
• Using AI tools to accelerate requirement refinement edge-case discovery and documentation clarity.
  
• Raising the standard of analytical thinking across the team.
  

Requirements

What Makes You a True Senior (Required)

• 8 years of experience in Business Analysis / Systems Analysis within software environments.
  
• Proven experience working on complex systems (B2B CRM operational systems multi-role platforms).
  
• Strong ability to deconstruct complex processes into structured logical components.
  
• Deep understanding of user stories use cases process modeling and requirement documentation standards.
  
• Experience writing precise acceptance criteria that minimize rework.
  
• Ability to detect missing logic edge cases and process gaps proactively.
  
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints.
  
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve documentation structure requirements and accelerate analysis workflows.
  
• Strong written communication skills and ability to produce structured organized artifacts.
  
• High ownership mindset and accountability for clarity before development begins.
  
• Intellectual honesty and flexibility ability to challenge ideas constructively adapt quickly to change and align with the best solution when proven wrong.
  

Strongly Preferred

• Experience working on multi-tenant systems and role-based access models.
  
• Experience in EdTech CRM systems or operational workflow platforms.
  
• Exposure to data models and understanding of database-level thinking.
  
• Experience working in fast-scaling or high-complexity environments.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) beyond surface-level rituals.
