The Company
Waniwani is building the AI distribution infrastructure for quote-based services. We help companies sell directly inside LLMs where buying decisions are increasingly happening by setting up maintaining and optimizing their AI sales agents. We started with financial services. We wont stop there.

We have product-market fit a wave of inbound demand and a fundraise on the horizon. What we dont have is someone who can operate across every strategic priority at once next to the CEO with full ownership.
This is the person who turns founder vision into company reality. Youll be in the room for every decision that shapes Waniwani: deals fundraising hiring pricing partnerships. Youre not here to advise. Youre here to execute.
What Youll Actually Do
Work hand in hand with the CEO & founder : from highly strategic topics to detailed oriented execution
Close deals and build the commercial engine. Get in the room with enterprise buyers. Lead negotiations close contracts build the sales playbook. Design pricing and positioning. You own revenue alongside the CEO.
Run strategic accounts. Co-own our highest-value client relationships. Turn every conversation into commercial intelligence: upsell paths expansion opportunities churn risks. Architect the account management playbook as we scale.
Drive the fundraise. Prepare investor materials plan roadshow refine the narrative. Build and manage investor relationships. Youll be in the room when capital strategy meets company vision.
Shape the product roadmap. Youre the commercial lens on every product decision. Feed client and prospect insights into prioritization. Make sure were building what the market will pay for.
Shape the team & Culture. Help recruit and close exceptional people. Shape the culture operating cadence and rituals that let a small team punch above its weight.
Manage what needs managing. Board prep legal coordination partnership structuring operational bottlenecks. Whatever the CEO shouldnt be doing alone youre doing.
The scope is deliberately wide. The best version of this role is the one you define yourself.
This Role Is for You If
Youve spent 2-5 years in a high-performance environment (startup VC scale-up) and youre ready to operate like a founder without starting from scratch alone.
You combine both deep analytical excellence while being commercially sharp. You can hold a room with C-suite buyers and you enjoy winning business. You think structurally about problems and move fast on execution. Youre not precious about doing unglamorous work.
You have strong judgment. The CEO will trust you to represent the company in rooms where the stakes are high.
Native or bilingual English required.
