Atlantic Lottery is excited to welcome a projectbased Change Management Specialist to our growing team. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Change Management (ECM) this role develops and leads change management strategies that ensure the people side of change built into how we deliver projects and initiatives.

You will apply enterprise change principles tools and best practices to reduce disruption strengthen adoption and accelerate business benefits. Youll help mature our ECM practice building capability across the organization and advising leaders on how change management can drive results.

As our Change Management Specialist youll ensure that employees leaders and stakeholders experience change in a way that is clear supported and aligned with organizational goals.

You will:

  • Embed change management into project delivery to support successful implementation and adoption
  • Coach project sponsors project managers and teams to minimize peoplerelated risk
  • Influence project decisions through readiness assessments change metrics and adoption insights
  • Support the evolution of ECM tools methodology and processes to strengthen enterprise capability

What Youll Do

Change Planning & Execution

  • Develop change strategies for medium to highimpact initiatives.
  • Lead assessments identify risks and create mitigation and adoption plans.
  • Deliver projectaligned change plans; communications sponsorship training and resistance management
  • Facilitate workshops and guide project leaders and teams throughout the change journey
  • Define track and report on project awareness adoption readiness and benefit realization.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Integrate change plans and deliverables with project plans timelines and governance
  • Work closely with project sponsors business owners and project managers to collectively deliver project outcomes
  • Advise and coach leaders and project teams members to proactively address people risks

Organizational Awareness

  • Maintain broad insight into organizational dynamics risks culture and dependencies to inform project-level change strategies.

ECM Development

  • Contribute to the growth and maturity of the enterprise change management practice
  • Build and refine projectfocused tools processes and selfserve resources
  • Champion change across the organization and support ECM governance through reporting

What youll need

Qualifications

Qualifications Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in a related field (e.g. Human Resources Business Communications Psychology Project Management Organizational Development).
  • 5 years experience in change management or related fields (HR communications project management process improvement).
  • Must be 19 years or older.
  • Must reside in Atlantic Canada.

Professional Skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of change management principles methodologies and tools (formal training/certification an asset).
  • Experience leading or participating in medium to largescale project-driven change initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational issues and challenges.
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and the ability to integrate change into project plans.
  • Exceptional facilitation communication writing documentation and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Skilled in coaching leaders through risks resistance and peoplefocused challenges.
  • Excellent organization planning and prioritization abilities.
  • Flexible adaptable resilient and comfortable working in ambiguity.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality judgment and professionalism.

Assets

  • Change management certifications (e.g. Prosci ACMP)

Work Location & Flexibility

  • Office or Hybrid (after probation)
  • Work from one of our Atlantic Canadian offices-Moncton (preferred for onboarding) Halifax or St. Johns.
  • During Probation: Significant time will be required in Moncton Office
  • After Probation: Choose fulltime in office or hybrid (2-3 days/week onsite)

Compensation

  • Salary Band: $75200 - $122200
  • Expected Hiring Range: $80000 - $95000 (based on experience skills market conditions and internal equity)

Recruitment Process

  • An assignment and/or scenariobased questions
  • Behavioral or cognitive assessments
  • Verification of relevant certifications (as applicable)

Only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Successful candidates will undergo reference checks and a mandatory criminal background check. Additional financial educational or credential verifications may be required depending on the role.

Internal Candidates

Internal applicants must be in good standing which includes meeting expectations on their most recent performance review. Performance improvement plans disciplinary actions attendance mandatory training and other performancerelated factors may be considered. A Predictive Index (PI) assessment will also be conducted or shared with hiring managers.

Eligibility to Work in Canada

Candidates must have all required work permits visas and authorizations and be eligible to work in Canada at the time an offer is made. It is the candidates responsibility to secure these requirements.
