About the opportunity
The Administration Officer will work within the School of Health Sciences professional support team.
The key purpose of the Administration Officer is to provide high-quality administrative support with a strong focus on contributing efficient and responsive processes to support the day-to-day operations of the School of Health Sciences.
The Administration Officer will work in a fast paced high-volume environment delivering critical day-to-day service-related administrative support and will be responsible for building effective relationships by working with internal and external stakeholders to support the full range of administrative responsibilities.
What youll do:
- Deliver a responsive and customer-focused service to staff within the School of Health Sciences.
- Complete a broad range of administrative duties to assist and support the service delivery needs of the School.
- Actively contribute to a people centric service experience by developing and maintaining strong people focused relationships.
- Support the School of Health Sciences in a consistent manner by contributing to the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and effective use of university systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and projects related to the Schools service delivery areas to improve service offering and customer experience and ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements internal policy and procedures.

Salary details
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 4 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $91488 comprising base salary within the range of $73814 to $78195 plus 17% superannuation.
