Our systems support operations enable life sciences research diagnostics and healthcare innovation worldwide. We are now looking for a Developer to strengthen our Business Applications team with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.

In this role you will develop and maintain business-critical solutions supporting our ERP landscape and core business processes within a regulated life sciences environment. You will work hands-on with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies ensuring solutions are scalable secure and compliant with internal quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

This position reports to the Business Applications Manager within the Proteomics Division IT organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design develop and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Develop customizations and configurations within the Power Platform

  • Develop Power Automate flows for system integrations and process automation

  • Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards including data models and calculations to support operational and quality reporting

  • Develop and maintain integrations between D365 Power Platform and other enterprise systems

  • Ensure solutions comply with internal quality standards GxP requirements and data integrity principles

  • Produce and maintain structured technical documentation including design specifications and test documentation

  • Provide second- and third-line support for business-critical systems

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant higher education within IT or a related field or equivalent practical experience

  • Several years of experience in Microsoft-based development environments

  • Experience working within life sciences GxP frameworks or other regulated industries is highly meriting

  • Microsoft certifications within Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are meriting

Technical Competence:

  • Several years experience in programming and integration using; C# Framework Dataverse Power Platform and webhooks

  • Strong knowledge of Power BI data modelling

  • Experience with Azure services and integrations

  • Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts

  • Understanding of DevOps practices

  • Knowledge of data integrity access control and system compliance principles

  • Structured and detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset

  • Strong ability to produce clear and accurate documentation

  • Analytical solution-focused and proactive

  • Fluent communication skills in English and Swedish

  • Able to combine strong technical skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
