The position is located at our Plant 22 (Mississauga Ontario) location from Monday to Friday with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like

Our department supports Engineering on Global Trade (GT) aspects of their work export classification authorizations screening etc.

The successful candidate will assist the department with administration tasks examples:

• Monitoring use of export classification application

• Testing software changes of export classification application

• Administering GT training for Engineering

• Revising electronic training materials

• Revising Engineering GT standard work

• Co-ordinating the translation of GT training and xClass classification trees into French

• In addition the student will assist in data analysis and data clean-up efforts

What do you need to be successful

• College or university student 1st or 2nd year

• Be eligible to work in Canada;

• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship;

• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired;

• Be fluent in English. (Fluency in French is an asset);

• Computer Literate;

• Organized;

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field

The selected candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and any applicable clearances with respect to the handling and transfer of controlled goods. The salary range for this role is $ 21.00 to $28.20CAD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
