What You Will Own
- Lead the Team
Hire train and support Parts Advisors while setting clear expectations and measurable goals. Create a professionalcustomer-focusedenvironment where accountability and teamwork drive results.
- Run a Tight Operation
Manage purchasing inventory levels and stock control to keep the department efficient and profitable. Monitor trends control obsolescence coordinate recalls with Service and ensure daily accuracy in receiving and invoicing.
- Drive Financial Performance
Set monthly targets manage the department budget analyzesalesand expense reports andidentifyopportunities to improve margins and workflow.
- Strengthen Relationships
Build lasting partnerships with customers and suppliers while supporting dealership growth through smart promotions and market awareness.
- Protect the Business
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and actively contribute to dealership leadership discussions and strategy.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in automotive parts managementis must
- Strong knowledge of parts inventory systems supply chain and dealership operations
- Financial and analytical skills to manage budgets and maximize profitability
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Strong communicationskills and attention to detail
- Valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
