About the Role

Were looking for a Community Engagement Specialist who knows how to build nurture and energise online communities. Youll be the human heartbeat of our brand - the person who turns users into advocates conversations into insights and engagement into loyalty.

What Youll Do

  • Manage and grow online communities across Discord Telegram Reddit forums and inapp channels
  • Facilitate conversations answer questions and keep discussions healthy active and onbrand
  • Build relationships with power users VIPs and community influencers
  • Plan and execute community events AMAs competitions and engagement campaigns
  • Gather community insights and feedback to share with product marketing and leadership
  • Monitor sentiment identify trends and proactively address issues
  • Develop community guidelines playbooks and engagement frameworks

What You Bring

  • 23 years experience in community management engagement or customerfacing digital roles
  • Experience in online gambling gaming crypto or fintech (or strong interest in these sectors)
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
  • Comfortable managing fastmoving highvolume online conversations
  • Dataaware mindset- you understand what good engagement looks like and how to measure it
  • A proactive peoplefirst approach
