This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the future of the Audi Ireland Network strategically developing the network with the key objectives sustainability and profitability.
Reporting directly to the Head of Aftersales the successful candidate will be responsible for a number of key tasks including but not limited to the following:
- Work closely with the DND Department in Ingolstadt on Digital Retail Projects.
- Manage Sales Training for the Dealer network.
- Implementation of the Progressive Showroom Concept & future projects.
- Dealer Contracts composites & CI.
- Dealer / Importer brand & quality Standards.
- Dealer Coaching via Dealer Visits.
- Risk Management.
- Assists the Audi Brand Director regarding strategic brand topics.
Skills / Experience Required:
- A proven track record in a Motor industry environment.
- Proven ability to gain the respect and confidence of key stakeholders.
- Analytical and commercial.
- The ability to turn challenging situations into opportunities for the brand.
- Strong intuition team player and problem solver.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- High level of written verbal and presentation skills.
