Regional Manager P&C Solution Total Rewards
People & Culture Solution
In this position you will:
Serve as the regional authority for Total Rewards topics up to GG13.
Ensure aligned compliant and transparent implementation of global Total Rewards standards.
Support Compensation processes (salary structures market pricing ASR insights).
Overseeregional Benefits design administration and vendor management.
Lead job architectureapplication and evaluations (GG01GG13).
Drive operational excellence ensuring quality analytics and reporting for P&C and Finance.
Contribute to global initiatives bringing regional insights and supporting global rollouts.
What Youll Bring
Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits.
Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights.
Comfort working in global multicultural environments.
Ability to ensure compliance while partnering with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Administration Law Economics or Psychology.
Advanced English (active participation in global meetings).
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Onsite availability: ability to work 23 times per week from the office.
Spanish language skills. (Nice to Have)
