About the Role:
Were looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join us in a Merchandise Casual role offering flexible hours to suit your schedule. Youll be part of a supportive team environment with the opportunity to work across a range of exciting events and brand activations. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in retail merchandising and brand engagement making it ideal for someone eager to build their skills while contributing to dynamic fast-paced campaigns.

- Show initiative and a willingness to learn new processes and systems
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced sometimes event-based environment
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Assist with the sale of merchandise in store and at events
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Receive unpack and organise stock deliveries
- Maintain merchandise displays and ensure stock is presented to brand standards
- Assist with stock counts inventory checks and basic reporting
- Support packing and fulfilment of internal or online merchandise orders
- Set up and pack down merchandise stalls for events and activations
