Irwin Lincoln Mazda is seeking a driven customer focused Finance Specialist to join our team. As a family-owned and operated dealership with a long standing reputation for integrity and excellence we are looking for a professional who can deliver an exceptional customer experience while helping clients secure the best financing and protection options available.
Position Overview
The Finance Specialist is responsible for arranging vehicle financing presenting protection products ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining strong relationships with lenders and customers. This role is critical to both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to review and finalize financing and lease options
- Present and explain aftermarket products (extended service contracts GAP maintenance plans etc.)
- Work with banks and lenders to secure competitive approvals and terms
- Ensure all contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain knowledge of current finance programs rates and incentives
- Provide a transparent professional and consultative experience for every client
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Accounting teams
Qualifications
- Automotive finance experience preferred (automotive sales experience considered)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and close deals
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and lending practices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
