What You Will Do
Lead process optimization initiatives that improve forecasting reporting accuracy and financial efficiency across the business.
Manage annual budgets quarterly forecasts and longrange financial plans while coordinating crossfunctional inputs and timelines.
Analyze financial performance to identify trends risks and opportunities delivering insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate scenarios investments and strategic business initiatives with minimal oversight.
Enhance existing models and forecasting methodologies to increase accuracy reliability and ease of use for business partners.
Build and strengthen relationships with leaders across functions to align priorities influence financial outcomes and support business growth.
Deliver timely and accurate reporting packagesincluding key metrics variance analysis and actionable recommendationsfor recurring and ad hoc needs.
Support monthend close and ensure compliance with accounting policies by partnering closely with Accounting and Accounts Payable teams.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 6 years of experience in finance accounting or related business roles.
Strong understanding of financial statements general ledger concepts accruals and prepaid expenses.
Experience in financial planning and analysis and business partnering.

Additional Information
$89300 - $193400 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 10%
