Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound leads into new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service.
- Explain insurance coverages clearly and effectively to clients.
- Close new business deals and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve agency goals and deliver outstanding results.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients professionally over the phone.
- In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance coverages.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a small agency environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work setting.
