Job Summary
What Will You Do
You will gain hands-on cross-functional experience in a role that is essential to the Commercial area. You will be part of the connection point between analysis clients and operations supported by continuous training and guidance from experienced professionals. You will take part in activities such as:
- Analyzing commercial requests to ensure that each contract is solid profitable and aligned with the Groups commercial underwriting policies.
- Supporting the Account Management team helping strengthen relationships with our clients and ensuring fast attentive and highquality service.
- Ensuring smooth daily operations by keeping documentation internal processes and information updated complete and under control.
- Monitoring KPIs and using internal tools such as the CRM to ensure commercial indicators are up to date and support effective decisionmaking.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams contributing to process improvements workflow optimization and stronger coordination between commercial and operational teams.
In this role you wont just learn how the business works you will be an active part of its operation.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For

- University studies in Business Administration Economics Law Finance or similar.
- Very good command of Spanish and English (B2C1). Other languages are a plus.
- Attention to detail analytical mindset and customeroriented approach.
