Job Summary

Subject to formal establishment a vacancy will arise for a OF4 to serve as SO1 Security & Resilience at Northwood Headquarters on FTRS (LC) Terms and Conditions of Service (TaCoS) with an initial proposed start date of 01 May 26 or earlier if achievable.

Unit Function:

CSOC prepares an integrated Joint Force and enablers for operations while IGDN provides 2* command and assurance across PJOBs.

Position Role:

The SO1 SyRA supports the GSSA AH by delivering security and resilience advice to IGDN Directors and subordinate commands.

Responsibilities:

Supervise HLB security policy rollout ensure cost-effective solutions and provide assurance across all units.
Engage stakeholders to manage dependencies address threats and ensure security throughout the HLB.
Conduct on-site security resilience and continuity assessments at IGDN locations to mitigate risks and provide expert guidance and tailored solutions
Conduct site assessments at IGDN to identify risks enhance security and deliver tailored expert guidance.
Monitor first-line security resilience and continuity review SRS and SCARs annually for compliance and reporting.
Perform risk-based second-line surveys inspections and audits ensuring prompt action on findings.
Confirm Defence Critical Outputs and Infrastructure classifications ensuring projects embed security and resilience.
Provide SQEP advice boost resilience and mentor HLB team members for enhanced security and stronger performance.
